Seller and purchase status

AlgoMetis is a trading brand of InterMetis Ltd. InterMetis Ltd is the legal seller of products offered on this site.

Artemis licence

Artemis is digital trading software for MetaTrader 5. The one-off licence is perpetual for the purchased major version. There is no subscription.

The licence includes 2 active MT5 account slots. Additional active account slots may be purchased separately. Account replacement or reset is handled case-by-case through support.

Prices

The launch base price is US$120 for the first 20 Artemis licences. The standard base price thereafter is US$150. Each additional active account slot costs US$40.

Displayed customer prices are tax-inclusive under the current launch policy.

Digital delivery and versions

Artemis is supplied digitally, with licensing and activation required for use. The purchased-major-version entitlement does not include an automatic entitlement to materially new major-version functionality; that functionality may be separately charged.

Cancellation and refund treatment depends on whether digital delivery or activation has begun. See the Refund Policy.

Product support

Basic installation, licensing/activation and genuine product-defect support is included, initially in English. There is no contractual response-time SLA.

Personalised trading strategy, broker selection or advice, and individual trading configuration are outside ordinary product support.

Trading responsibility

The customer remains responsible for trading decisions, settings, sizing, account and broker suitability, and risk management. No investment, financial or trading advice is provided and no profitability, trading result or future performance is guaranteed. See the Risk Disclaimer for operating dependencies and risks.

Liability and consumer rights

Where legally permitted, ordinary contractual liability relating to Artemis is limited to the amount paid for Artemis. Indirect, consequential and trading losses are excluded only to the extent legally permitted.

These limits and exclusions do not apply to liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law and forum

The governing law and forum are England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these terms removes any protection or right to bring a claim in another forum where mandatory law provides it.
